Business Development Manager | Pharmaceutical Packaging and Labels | Ireland | £40k - £50k OTE £70k - £80k

Providing a wide range of label design and packaging production services. This company offers tailored solutions to help brands stand out in competitive markets, ensuring high-quality and visually impactful labels. Their services include pre-press studio support, digital label production, traditional label methods, and various embellishments to enhance label design. They focus on delivering personalized customer service and high-quality craftsmanship.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering new business for cartons, information leaflets and labels across the medical and pharmaceutical markets
• Setting a strong sales strategy
• Creating strong, lasting relationships by providing a quality service
• Liaising with the companies strong manufacturing facilities to create exceptional plastic packaging solutions
• Covering Ireland

Key attributes required:

• Successful history in selling pharmaceutical packaging solutions or label clients
• Demonstrable experience within new business development
• Interpersonal skills to speak to and build relationships with major players within the medical and pharmaceutical markets
• Drive and determination to win new business
• Working remotely, ability to attend client meetings in Ireland
