BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - PRINT / DIRECT MAIL / POS

SOUTH EAST / HOMEBASED

£Upto 45K (Depending On Experience) + Commission

My client offers their customers with a full inhouse sustainable solution from concept to delivery.

They provide their customers with a range of products including; Print (Litho & Digital), Large Format - Banners, Media Walls, Signage etc, as well as Web2Print, Direct Mail Campaigns, Marketing and Point Of Sale / Point Of Purchase Displays!

The company are growing from strength to strength and they are now looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and hard-working Business Development Manager to help lead their new business drive.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Working with gone away / low spenders / existing clients.
  • Be responsible for developing new sales opportunities for the business, which specialises in producing the highest quality print and production for major brands.
  • Be able to visit clients and prospects in London and surrounding areas.Previous experience is essential, and you will ideally be currently working in a similar role.
  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Seeking out the appropriate contact in an organisation.
  • Generating leads and cold calling prospective customers.
  • Meeting with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
  • Fostering and developing relationships with customers/clients.
  • Understanding the needs of the customers and being able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
  • Thinking strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • Having a good understanding of the businesses' products and services and being able to advise others about them
