BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - PRINT MANAGEMENT

HOMEBASED / REMOTE OFFICE LOCATION

£OPEN (Depending on experience) + Commission + Car / Allowance

My Client is a print management company who provides their clients with anything from Litho, Direct Mail, Small & Large Format Print as well as displays & exhibition stands.

They are now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team. The chosen candidate will be able to hit the ground running and transition into the business seamlessly. The company are looking to grow and expand their operating model and with that build a bigger business, with this role at the head of that expanded model. You will be given some house accounts to manage & grow as well as hunting for new business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company with an exciting approach to working with their clients.

The Ideal Person will have:

  • The ability to identify opportunities and possess the skills to develop them profitably
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of sales success
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Motivation to earn sales commission

The Role:

  • Managing existing House Accounts
  • Selling print management / marketing solutions service to B2B clients, recommending solutions by adopting a consultative sales approach
  • Identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
  • Building a sales pipeline
  • Networking and building client relationships
  • Managing client expectations
  • Sourcing print solutions and providing quotes
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Providing weekly sales pipeline reports
