Business Development Manager | Print | UK - remote | £55k plus OTE

 

A UK-based print solutions provider specializing in a wide range of printing services. Offering comprehensive print solutions with capabilities that extend to both lithographic and digital printing technologies. Known for its commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer service, making them a go-to partner for businesses and individuals looking for reliable and professional print services.

 

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and developing new business
  • Setting and developing the sales strategy focusing on building business with end users, print mangers, agencies and blue chip companies
  • Travelling to Birmingham for monthly meetings and client meetings as required
  • Competent negotiation, ensuring profit and beneficial outcomes for both client and business
  • Reporting and managing own pipeline

 

Key attributes required:

  • Experience in the Print Industry: especially within small and large format
  • High level sales acumen, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Network building skills, excelling in creating and nurturing relationships with end-users, print managers, agencies, and blue-chip companies
  • The ability to utilise print knowledge to upsell and cross sell products
  • Team player able to liaise with internal teams and offer a high service level to both internal and external stakeholders
