Business Development Manager | Printed Film | East Midlands | Excellent Salary & Benefits Package

This market leader is producing a range of high quality flexible packaging across a wide variety of markets including food and pharmaceutical. They have recently invested in new extrusion equipment increasing its capabilities even further. With constant investment they are looking to keep growing year on year.

 As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing and winning new business across the East Midlands and South East
• Selling a diverse range of film packaging solutions
• Identifying new sales opportunities and implanting correct steps to action
• Building strong and long lasting relationships with key decision makers
• Looking at ways to upsell and increase sales to existing customers

Key attributes required:

• Ability to develop and grow new business within flexible packaging sector
• A strong technical background, with detailed understanding of flexible products 
• Ability to communicate clearly and offer a consultative approach 
• Motivated and be able to work autonomously
