A key division for a global packaging supplier our client stands at the forefront of providing cutting-edge, sustainable flexible packaging solutions. They specialise in high-quality printed films that protect, preserve, and enhance products across a plethora of market sectors leveraging their expertise to deliver both functional and visually appealing printed films.

You will be responsible for:

•    Identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for printed film and flexible packaging solutions across the UK.

•    Managing the entire sales pipeline, from initial prospecting and qualification through to proposal generation, negotiation, and contract finalisation.

•    Collaborating seamlessly with technical, design, and production teams to ensure bespoke solutions are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality.

•    Conducting comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and new product development opportunities in printed film.

•    Building and nurturing robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within target sectors.

Key attributes required:

•    Proven track record of significant new business development success specifically within the printed film or flexible packaging industry.

•    Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into effective, value-added packaging solutions.

•    Knowledge of flexible packaging materials, printing processes, lamination, and converting technologies.

•    Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels

•    Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
