Our Client is one of Europe's premier label companies providing a comprehensive range of innovative, best-in-class labelling solutions for the food, beverage, consumer and retail sectors with multi-sited operations in Ireland, the UK and Mainland Europe.

They are seeking a Business Development Manager for the Pressure Sensitive Label Printing facility in Ireland. The broad purpose of your role will be to identify growth sectors and customers and developing a strategy to grow sales by delivering tailor-made solutions to the customers in both the UK & Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating the sales strategy, develop sales forecast and budget.
• Take the initiative to search and grow business opportunities with targeted customers.
• Maximise opportunities with identified accounts and maintain a successful long-term business relationship through support and structural growth.
• Develop market studies on product development trends which could lead to new products development for the company.
• Track business opportunities and prioritise appropriately through the effective use of the company's sales platform.
• Coordinate and communicate with inter regional and global development of customers where appropriate.
• To successfully project manage solutions to satisfy customers' requirements (new product introduction…).
• Being an ambassador for the company with the customer, establishing a unique position by differentiating corporate values to the customer.
