Business Development Manager | Self Adhesive Labels | North Home Counties | £50k - £60k plus Commission

Providing technical partnerships and labelling services to multiple major manufacturing sites in the UK. As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Growing and developing new business for self adhesive labels
• Setting and delivering the new sales strategy
• Driving business growth across multiple markets including Home and Personal Care
• Building strong relationships with key decision makers
• Nurturing strategic partnerships with an existing portfolio of lucrative accounts

Key attributes required:

• Proven track record of winning new business
• Hunger, drive and ambition to succeed
• Experience within packaging merchants or labels
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to utilise multiple sales techniques to generate new business
