Location: London

Salary: Up to £50K (Based on Turnover) + Car Allowance + Commission + Benefits

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and converting leads into long-term clients. With access to cutting-edge tools and a supportive team, you'll focus on expanding the company's presence in the construction and other relevant industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities by leveraging lead generation software and industry insights.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client expectations.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
