BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - SIGNAGE / LARGE FORMAT GRAPHICS

HOME-BASED / CENTRAL UK PREFERRED

Our client is one of Europe's leading names in commercial graphics, signage, and visual communication, with over 65 years of experience in delivering impactful branding and signage solutions. They specialise in providing comprehensive branding and image management services to businesses across a wide range of industries.

As part of their ambitious growth strategy, they are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their Signage team. The ideal candidate will already be experienced in selling signage solutions, workplace branding, building wraps, and vinyl graphics, with a proven ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work autonomously and leverage your established track record in the signage and graphics industry to hit the ground running.
  • Meet with clients to understand their business needs, gather detailed project briefs, and present the company's products and services.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, with a strong focus on growing the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships, with the ability to sell to a diverse range of clients.
  • Actively identify new business opportunities, opening doors and creating sustainable growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience within the signage, large format graphics, or workplace branding industry.
  • Strong track record in business development, with the ability to generate and close new business.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid UK driving license is essential.
