BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - SIGNAGE

YORKSHIRE / LINCOLNSHIRE

Our client is a well-established Signage Company who offer a wide range of products including retail signs, business and office signs, trade and industrial signs, steel erected signs, automotive signs and leisure signs.

They are looking for a dynamic and hungry Business Development Manager to provide excellent customer service to ensure the Company values are upheld. You will accurately interpret order information which will ensure clients expectations are met and exceeded.

The role will involve developing new business and upselling to new clients and reactivating dormant accounts.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Strategic sales mindset
  • Sourcing new customers and managing existing accounts
  • Creates own leads in accordance with sales strategy
  • Cold calling, face to face sales, developing new business
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Generate new business with new / existing customers
  • Giving technical support to customers as and when required
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers - margin enhancement
  • Be self-motivated and confident managing your own time / diary
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Follow up all enquiries
  • Ability to maximise profit
  • Confident negotiator
