Category Manager | Branded Promotional Glassware | London, Italy or Spain | £45k - £55k

As Category Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and delivering category strategy and procurement plans
• Forging strong partnerships with European supply chain partners, ensuring a robust, compliant, and innovative supplier base
• Sourcing and maintaining relationships with high quality manufacturers for glassware but also re-usable plastic drinkware, a range of disposable drinkware, and ceramics
• Visiting and negotiating with suppliers
• Working towards commercial targets and driving cost savings

Key attributes required:

• Ability to support client facing team and be the subject matter expert in glass
• Procurement background advantageous
• Proficient in analysis and evaluation of new supplier competencies and compliance
• Ability to shape/influence the supply base within the market and detailed understanding of life cycle management
• Demonstrable high level of relationship management
