We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Director to oversee and nurture relationships with some of the biggest FMCG and brand names. All whilst leading and developing a thriving Account team. You’ll manage a diverse range of services such as POS, retail and brand packaging and fulfilment, creative and digital services!

Client Director | POS, Packaging and Creative Services | Hybrid – M4 Corridor  | £65k - £70k

This includes creating high-quality display and shelf ready packaging, crafting impactful marketing campaigns, developing digital solutions, and producing point-of-sale materials for diverse industries. An innovative approach blends traditional and contemporary marketing techniques to create impactful, results-driven outcomes.

As Client Director you will be responsible for:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients across FMCG, Beverage, and Pharma industries
• Servicing client needs for POS, retail and brand packaging and fulfilment, creative and digital services!
• Overseeing and implementing growth in existing accounts by identifying opportunities for adding value, new product lines, and cross-selling across accounts
• Pushing creative services and innovation, ensuring fresh ideas and approaches are brought to every project
• Leading and managing a team of 12 across client sites, fostering collaboration and motivation to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services

Key attributes required:

• Must have experience in managing client accounts at a high level
• Print industry/creative services experience, preferably in 3D point-of-sale desirable
• Skilled ability to drive and grow client relationships and maximize account profitability
• Hybrid working, work flexibly between home and office to meet business and client needs
• A passion for approaching every task with personality and energy, inspiring the team to do the same!
