We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Director to join a leading player in their field. 

Expanding their team of industry leading experts, they are looking for a senior client services professional will the experience and skills necessary to help clients achieve their commercial goals. You will work with key clients and be right by their side every step of the way, from initial concept to finished prototypes.

The candidate we seek will stand out with their creative ideas and world-class customer service – someone who consistently delivers best-in-class and makes our client the go-to supplier in their sector.

This Client Services Director role requires a solid understanding of the printing industry to consult on strategy and insight for key clients. We seek a high calibre individual who will provide oversight and leadership of account teams to develop and implement the company business plan.

1.You will have significant commercial experience in the printing industry

2.A proven track record of building and developing strong client relationships

3.Experience of leading, mentoring and motivating account teams

4. Client relationship management skills including being the primary client contact, structuring regular status and communications with clients, setting and managing expectations and deliverables, and troubleshooting issues as they arise

5.You will have the market insight to provide a consulting service to major clients.

6.Budgeting and financial management skills are key

7. Capacity to provide regular strategic insights to clients on a monthly or quarterly basis that focus on high-level strategy within areas of production expertise. These may include competitive analysis, market overviews, case studies, and strategy planning.
