A well established printing company is looking to for an outstanding candidate, respected and recognised as a leader and motivator of people, to head up its client services team. Our client works with many esteemed clients, producing time sensitive campaigns, so we are looking for someone who is flexible in their approach, able to cope under pressure, and who can manage multiple projects at one time.
Your responsibilities as Client Services Director will include:
• Leading the client service function, providing guidance and support to your team
• Driving the success and growth of accounts, managing key clients while overseeing others
• Building strong client relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and timely responses to requests
• Translating client briefs into strategic plans, ensuring alignment with KPIs and targets
• Overseeing project execution, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are managed, and account activities runs smoothly
• Escalate and managing any issues internally through to client resolution and satisfaction.
This client is looking for someone who will motivate the team to ensure they are giving the best customer service possible. You will develop the team’s skills to give them the ability to handle complex customer service issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction. This role requires an approachable individual, someone your team can turn to, answer questions and provide support as they manage key client projects.
With experience in a similar role within a print, Direct mail or print management background, you will actively look at ways in which services can be improved and enhanced within the client base.
