Client Services Executive | Print Management – Large Format Graphic & POS | North West | Excellent Salary

As Client Services Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Working within a client services team managing orders from end to end
• Liaising between the sales team and production to ensure projects are being delivered to standard and on time
• Identifying opportunities to strategically grow and develop accounts in line with group objectives 
• Building client relationships and maintaining client networks
• Delivering excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders

Key attributes required:

• Experience in working within a customer service environment 
• Strive to deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to listen understand  make suggestions, and interpret requirements of customers and colleagues
• Successful track record managing blue chip retail accounts
• With knowledge and experience working with large format graphics, display, print management or other POS products
