As Senior Client Services Executive,  you will be responsible for:

• Working within a successful client services team
• Having responsibility for the client portfolio and providing updates to the sales representatives 
• Identifying opportunities to strategically grow and develop accounts in line with group objectives 
• Building relationships and maintaining client networks
• Delivering excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders

Key attributes required:

• Experience within a client services environment
• Experience in strategic growth plan and delivery
• Ability to listen understand  make suggestions, and interpret requirements of customers and colleagues
• Successful track record managing and growing blue chip retail accounts
• With knowledge and experience working with large format graphics, display, print management or other POS products
