As Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a team over Client Service Executives
• Delivering an excellent level of customer service
• Liaising with suppliers and negotiating pricing
• Creating estimates and inputting orders using MIS system
• Communicating with internal departments to ensure projects are delivered on time

Key attributes required:

• Must have experience managing or overseeing
• Approachable and ‘can-do’ attitude
• Background in any packaging discipline – labels preferred but not required
• Fantastic communication skills
• Solution focused approach and ability to think outside the box
