As Client Support Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Team leading for daily task meetings and general workload organisation within the CSS team, working in conjunction with the Operational Account Director
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships internally and externally at all times
• Promoting the company as a superior supplier to client base through professional and helpful interaction with customers at all times
• Ensuring all collate and pack/fulfilment estimates are correctly quoted in line with company rate cards
• Using the internal inventory system for various processes, sales orders, stock destructions, stock adjustments etc

Key attributes required:

• Ability to work on multiple projects at any one time
• Positive and ‘can-do’ attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Print or logistics/transport experience an advantage
• Team player able to also work independently and be the point of contact for any queries
