CNC OPERATOR / SIGN MAKER / INSTALLER

Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 Hour Lunch)

Salary: Up to £28k (DOE) + 20 days holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic CNC Operator to join a well-established company based in Surrey. Do you want the opportunity to work with some of the latest and greatest equipment the industry has to offer? They have a host of in-house machines including AXYZ 4010 ATC, Océ Arizona Flatbed, HP Latex, Mimaki & Vinyl Plotters.

What you'll need:

• Experience in operating CNC machines
• Experience in sign making
• Ability to operate large format and/or flatbed printers would be a plus
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team and as an individual
• Ability to read job sheets and be pro-active
• Competence with vinyl production, print finishing & fitting
• Ability to work with hand tools and light machinery
• Ability to adapt and think on their feet
• Have a positive attitude and take pride in their work
• Have a clean UK driving licence, held for over 5 years
• Be eligible to work in the UK

Your duties will include:

• CNC machine operating, including maintenance and cleaning
• Bench production, including vinyl weeding and laminating
• Sign fabrication and sign fitting
• Quality checking of finished work
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
