CNC OPERATOR - SIGNAGE

WEST YORKSHIRE

£Open (Depending On Experience) + Pension Scheme + Overtime at Time ½ + Pay Review after 6 months
Hours of employment: 8am to 5pm OR 7am to 4pm

Our client is a signage company based in West Yorkshire, employing over 40 staff. They design, manufacture and install signage and graphics to a high standard. They currently have a position available within their factory as CNC operator working on their Axyz machine.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the CNC
• To provide effective signage manufacture and assembly, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
• Receive deliveries, checking for accuracy of delivered goods against order / job sheet
• Manufacture and assemble various sign systems
• Operate light machinery and tools
• Check and sign off works on job sheet
• Wrap and pack goods ready for dispatch
• Organise couriers and prepare paperwork for deliveries
• Previous sign manufacturing and assembly experience

Requirements:

• Well organised and the ability to prioritise under pressure
• Work efficiently and accurately, applying attention to detail
• Clean and presentable
• Work in a punctual, clean tidy manner
• Hands on and practical
• Problem solving
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role
• Microsoft skills are an advantage
• Graphic and design understanding

Experience in the sign industry preferable
