A printer that consistently produces print of the highest quality is looking to appoint a new sales executive. This is an opportunity to join an experienced, professional and dedicated team that works to a strict ISO certified quality management framework, implemented to provide customers with an exceptional service.

Sales can be a highly competitive and often individualistic field; teamwork may often not actively be discouraged, but it's typically not incentivised or encouraged either. Our client believes that an aligned team mentality can result in a top performing sales force. In order to thrive in a constantly changing environment, you will need to adapt to your surroundings whilst ensuring there is alignment across all team members.  You will communicate efficiently with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of printed products according to customer objectives. 

Another core value is trust. The ideal candidate will treat customer like a member of their team, creating lasting working relationships built on a strong foundation of trust. You will take time to listen to clients' objectives, and find ways to best fulfil them. 

Finally, experience. Candidates can be from any sector within print or packaging but must have a proven track record of developing business within that arena.
