As Continuous Improvement Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing operational projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Developing project plans and timelines, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments
  • Developing process enhancement strategies, leading business improvement and change programmes linked to the business strategy
  • Assessment and delivery of operational efficiency and productivity opportunities
  • Challenging current thinking and implementing new approaches, practices, or policies
  • Establishing norms and standards of company performance (KPIs / Business Metrics)

 

Key attributes required:

  • Several years of experience leading end-to-end operational improvement projects, including change management, system implementations, process streamlining and resource management
  • Demonstrated proficiency and passion for lean methodology, tools, and end to end value stream improvement
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certification desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an eye for process optimization
  • The ability to collaborate across departments, with effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams
