Conversion Manager | Corrugated Packaging | North UK | Attractive Salary and Benefits Package

As Conversion Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the conversion area of the business
  • Setting objectives in relation to OEE, CV47, CB48
  • Driving the business improvement techniques through SKOPE, promoting a climate of continuous improvement and employee motivation
  • Providing proactive engagement with other departments for on-going continuous improvement activities
  • Work to reduce raw material costs including working with suppliers

 

Key attributes required:

  • Ability to effectively manage the overall Conversion manufacturing process
  • Significant manufacturing experience within packaging industry
  • Proven analytical and systematic approach to problem solving
  • Familiar with world class manufacturing tools and techniques
  • Excellent people management skills including communication, training and leadership ability
  • Experience in overseeing and conducting audits
