You will be responsible for:
• Providing high-end administrative support with meticulous attention to detail.
• Coordinating team activities and liaising effectively with all departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Delivering exceptional customer service by providing timely updates on orders, managing stock holdings, lead times, and processes.
• Overseeing the artwork management process, including checking its suitability for purpose and managing project timeframes.
• Collaborating closely with the Supply Chain Coordinator and Commercial Manager to meet customer needs and provide support to the department as required.
• Bridging the gap between supply chain and customer interaction to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
