This is a very exciting opportunity to join a leading Large Format and POS organisation operating in a wide range of markets. They are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead a small team of customer service executives whilst building relationship and managing enquiries in a timely manner.

A market leader of visual communication for a range of markets. Heavily and regularly invested in ensuring they are always a step ahead of their competitors. Distributing a range of products from 3D POS to large format work and commercial print. 

As Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing a team of 6 – 8 customer service executives 
  • Managing inbound communications for 2000 clients
  • Ensuring all enquires are dealt with in a timely and professional manner 
  • Hitting KPIs within the customer service team 

Key attributes required:

  • Strong customer service background 
  • Experience overseeing a small team is preferable
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to motivate others
