As Customer Service Representative , you will be responsible for:

• Working with assigned sales rep and production staff as well as customers for due dates, progress, status reports, etc. of print jobs
• Reviewing daily workflow and monitor jobs through the production cycle
• Meeting tight deadlines
• Reviewing and send proofs to customers & perform timely follow up on proofs and quotes
• Maintaining knowledge of every job and its current status

Key attributes required:

• Experience working within a customer service environment, experience working within the packaging industry is a strong plus
• Ability to liaise with multiple departments to gather information, materials and authorisations, as well as communicating effectively
• Demonstrated excellence in organisation and time management skills
• Able to perform multiple tasks efficiently
