Double Day Shifts: Monday to Friday: 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm (Rotating Weekly)

Our client is an independent manufacturer of high end printed folded cartons, a well-established business with a varied product offering working with small, medium and large clients in the in food, drink, gift, alcohol, beverage, cosmetics, leisure and FMCG markets. The company put a strong emphasis on quality, customer service and investing in the latest technology and equipment.

They are currently looking to recruit a Cut & Crease Machine Minder to work in their busy carton finishing department. You will be operating Bobst Novacut 106 Machines.

The ideal candidate needs to at least two years' experience in running cut and crease (die cutting) machines. Also, you need to have good technical expertise in aspects of print finishing, together with good mechanical ability

Key Responsibilities:

• All aspects of Making Ready and Running the Die-Cutting machines
• Maintenance of the Die-cutting machines
• All aspects of preparing and successful troubleshooting with the Cut and Crease tooling (cutting dies, speed strip dies, female stripping dies)
• All aspects of using Counters and Creasing Matrix for Making Ready
• All aspects of making ready and running with Embossing/Debossing dies
