Cut & Crease Minder | Folding Cartons | East Midlands | Salary Dependent on Experience

A leading packaging manufacturer renowned for producing high-quality cartons, sleeves, and other packaging types to major retailers across the UK.

Over the past two years, their carton division has doubled its lithographic printing capacity through a multi-million pound investment in brand-new, state-of-the-art machinery—now they're looking for skilled team members to grow with them.

As a Cut & Crease Minder, you will be responsible for:

• Operating cut and crease machines to produce high-quality packaging
• Assisting with trials for new packaging projects
• Meeting daily production targets
• Carrying out routine maintenance and care of equipment

Key attributes required:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience operating Cut and Crease machinery is required
• Experience with Brausse machinery is a plus
• Additional packaging conversion experience is desirable
• Detail-orientated with a proactive, problem-solving approach
