DIGITAL PRINTER / PRE PRESS EXPERIENCE BENEFICIAL

£Open depending on Experience + Overtime + Pension + Death in Service

Hours: Monday to Friday - 6am to 1.30pm

Our client is leading printing company based in West Yorkshire, specialising in B2 / B3 and digital printing, stationery and business forms. Being part of larger group they can offer candidates stability and long term career prospects.
They are looking for a flexible, motivated person to become a valued member of their busy Digital department.

Essential Personal Characteristics:

• Flexible
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Able to work effectively to tight deadlines
• A team player

Desired Experience:

• Operating Digital Printing Equipment
• Using Digital Print Software

Experience of the Adobe software suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc) would be beneficial although not essential as the role could expand into the Studio where the role would involve:

• Taking customer supplied artwork and converting it in to print ready format
• Interpreting customers instructions to create artwork and send proofs
• Outputting plates on a CTP system using Apogee Client software

They will consider candidates without the above experience if they are computer literate and had the correct attitude and desire to learn.
