Job Overview – Digital Production

We are looking for an enthusiastic & flexible digital print specialist to join our team, working 09.00 – 18.00 in our W1 shop, with experience and proficient use of:

  1. Xerox 
  2. HP
  3. Creative Suite
  4. Clarity
  • Be prepared to go the extra mile and do what’s right both in your approach towards the team & the client, helping us to become the 1st choice for printing as we wow our customers with proper printing, making ideas happen. And go with the flow - technology & our clients don’t stand still so nor can we!

Role Objectives:

  • You will support the Production Manager and Client Director in delivering WOW Customer Services and the Proper Printing quality that our clients expect
  • Ensure you manage both the operational process of product manufacturing and ensure that you maximise efficiency
  • Using effective communication build open and honest relationships with the team and our clients, updating with them with job progress, and problem solve to manage errors and present mutually beneficial solutions 
  • Understand current jobs and adhere to production costs & deadlines, ensure minimal material wastage and maximise time efficiencies    
  • Using Clarity to operate invoicing process accurately and in a timely fashion/book couriers? 

Skills, Knowledge & Experience: 

  • Thorough knowledge of a wide range of print production practices and processes  
  • Confidently tackle varied work over different substrates
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Able to work under pressure & produce quality work within tight deadlines 
  • Ability to communicate effectively internally with the team and externally with clients 
  • Good relationship building and negotiation skills  
  • 5 years’ experience with print 
  • Professional approach to problem solving and internal client relations 
  • Reliable, trustworthy and conscientious 
  • Effective and collaborative team player 
  • Ability to be flexible & adaptable to priorities and business needs 
  • Prepared to listen and learn from others – every day’s a school day!
