Senior / Account Manager | Print Management & Direct Mail | Home based |  £depending on experience

We have a superb opportunity available for a client focused Account Manager / Project Manager to join this impressive, dynamic and growing business. This role is focused on delivering direct mail projects so it's essential you have solid direct mail experience with ideally an emphasis on understanding complex data.

About the Account Manager / Project Manager role:

• To provide efficient management of projects, for the services we deliver to our clients
• The development/maintenance of strong relationships with your clients & external suppliers - to be seen as a reliable and motivated day-to-day contact, in full control of your projects
• To support the Team Leader in the continual improvement of service delivery, ensuring that it is fit for purpose, delights the client and gives the client competitor advantage
• We develop highly creative/technical work so as Project Manager you will need to have a strong sense of creative/technical excellence and appropriateness.

The type of Account Manager / Project Manager we're looking for....

● Proven experience in Account Management with extensive Print and Direct Mail knowledge
● Ideally a Print Management background
● Source print and negotiate with suppliers directly, from a pool of preferred companies
● Good interpersonal skills
● Previous experience working with Charity clients would be a bonus
● Market knowledge to provide insight to the customer when required
