A fantastic opportunity for an experienced large format digital print operator to join one of the UK’s leading independent large format print providers. With incredibly impressive facilities and equipment, this client has enjoyed a sustained period of growth and investment and operates the very latest large format digital printing systems and finishing equipment for large format digital print production. 

A rare permanent position for an experienced large format operator has arisen to join the production team operating a Durst 512r 5m superwide roll to roll press.

As an experienced large format operator, you will be responsible for operating a new Durst 512r 5m press and assisting with other Durst and HP Scitex machines when necessary. Durst training for an experienced EFI Vutek large format operator would be considered to the right candidate.

Joining the Production Department you will be responsible for:

• Prioritising works orders for printing
• Operating and maintaining equipment
• Managing stock
• Assisting others with light duties
• Research and development of new methods of production

You should ideally have existing experience of operating Durst 312r or Durst 512r machines and have excellent communication skills to interpret briefs and be able to translate these into live projects.  Confidence in dealing with large projects, often with tight deadlines is essential.
