ESTIMATOR / ACCOUNT MANAGER - PRINT

Our client has been established for over 50 years. The company is constantly investing in the latest technology and they are dedicated to offering a high-quality service.

Their kit presently includes B2 Litho Presses up to 5 Colour and a new Heidelberg Digital Press.

Due to company growth and development they are looking for an Estimator / Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience using Tharstern MIS ideally (or similar) and have a Print, Packaging (or similar) Background.

Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for all estimate requirements
• Providing key daily administration responsibility for the process off all factory and supplier estimates for conversion to quotations for client submission
• Ensuring that all orders are processed to deadlines required using all spreadsheet data and bespoke ordering systems to perform this function
• Handling customer enquiries and providing technical advice
• Requesting estimates for goods required from external Suppliers
• Looking for areas where you can upsell and cross sell other products that the company offer
• Liaising with other member of staff when taking client briefs to ensure optimum method of production and cost effective models can be applied from the outset
• Providing excellent customer services from initial enquiry, manufacture through to delivery
• Ensuring that all documentation for purchases and quotations are updated and recorded in the appropriate files
