European Continuous Improvement Manager – Six Sigma Practitioner | Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Labels | UK or Europe based | Attractive Salary & Benefits Package

As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Identifying areas of the business in need of improvement to increase efficiency and profitability across multiple sites across Europe 
• Liaising with production, design and internal teams
• Assessing sites initial improvements and efficiencies and create blue print to roll out to other sites utilising Lean principles
• Offering suggestions for innovation and improvements in conjunction with production and client services 
• Working closely with Site GM’s and line with European strategy 

Key attributes required:

• Successful track record in continuous improvement 
• Six Sigma practitioner
• Highly motivated and dynamic with excellent communication skills
• Strong organisation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and reduce waste 
• Track record delivering process improvements within packaging environments
