With a new HQ in Leeds and a new unit in Wolverhampton, the company has invested millions in property, staff and paper wrapping lines as well as state of the art, world-class printers. 

The business is continuing to invest and grow and is seeking to appoint experienced individuals into key positions.

The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced in the direct mail industry. The successful candidate will be pro-active, able to work independently, be detail-oriented and work well in a pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process data (manipulate, cleanse, sort) using the agreed software workflow.
• Follow the agreed QC process for all campaigns.
• Understand and implement job briefs and specifications.
• Work with production to manage and resolve issues where appropriate.
• Prepare jobs for production in a timely and accurate manner.
• Work within the time allocation allowed within the estimate.
• Support other members of the team where appropriate.
• Proven track record in a similar demanding role.
• Attention to detail with a high focus on quality control initiatives and standards.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively and present and implement timely solutions in a pressured environment.
• Multitask, prioritise and achieve deadlines and targets in a pressured environment.
• Strong communications and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility.
