Home to some of the most modern manufacturing facilities, this dominant force within the industry is looking for a results and quality focused manager to take full responsibility of the factory in terms of the management of people and the management of production processes.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong problem solving & decision-making skills, a continuous improvement mind-set and a focus on health & safety in order to prevent any issues that may derail production and resolve any that may arise, ultimately ensuring production orders are completed in a timely manner.

This role requires a manager with the qualities of an exceptional communicator and a strong leader, to guarantee top factory performance.
