Field Service Engineer

About the job

Due to growing demand for high-speed mailroom and warehousing logistics equipment in the UK, we have an immediate requirement for Field Service Engineers based in the Midlands area. Operating from our refurb centre in Derby the successful candidate will be required to travel to customer sites around the Midlands area to service and maintain our advanced equipment for high-speed insertion and sorting technology. Individuals with a strong Electro-Mechanical background and a high level of capability in fault finding and diagnostics are preferred along with excellent customer facing skills and the ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken forms. Full product training will be provided both in the UK and Germany and the role attracts a competitive salary and benefits package including a company vehicle.
