FLEXO PRINTER - FLEXIBLE PACKAGING

Up to £40K (dependent on experience) + Overtime @Time + ½ + Pension + Death in Service

Shift pattern: Average 40.25 hours per week on a 4-week 24/7 rotating shift pattern.

Full time permanent position

A printer and converter of flexible packaging are currently recruiting for an additional Flexo Printer to join their team.

Key Skills / Responsibilities:

• Previous experience operating Flexo presses - Windmoller & Holscher experience would be a distinct advantage.
• Daily productivity responsibility ensuring that individual schedule and targets set are achieved.
• Ensuring that jobs are produced to the highest quality level and that the quality procedures are followed.
• Responsibility for cleanliness and general maintenance of equipment used in the process.
• You are required to relay information through the specification sheet on how jobs are produced and exactly what settings are required to repeat the process.
• You will be working with the Production Manager to continually improve quality, processes and production efficiencies.
• Self-motivated individual who pays close attention to detail.
• Ability to be flexible.
• General administration skills.
• Excellent communicator to all levels of Managers and Employees.
• Able to follow instructions and complete within a given timeline.
