As Senior Flexographic Printer, you will be responsible for:

• Setting and running flexographic print machinery to optimum levels
• Delivering and signing off work in line with production orders
• Maintaining lean manufacturing principles including 5s and SMED
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Key attributes required:

• Must have full flexographic print training
• Strong knowledge of flexographic printing, with previous history using UV inks and narrow web presses
• Ability to operate  effectively and maintain standards whilst working to production schedules 
• Natural team leader, willing to flex and help others when required
• Strong attention to detail
