FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTER

Salary up to £32K (Depending on Experience) + Company Pension + Performance Bonus + Yearly Bonus + Free Onsite Parking

Shifts/Hours: 12.5 hours x 3 days + Paid Breaks = 36 Hours Per Week

Our client needs to operate 24 x 6, so we require 4 operational shifts.

Our client is a privately owned board mill manufacturing and suppling solid board reels, cores, sheets, cartons and cardboard envelopes

They are currently looking to recruit an Experience Flexographic Printer to join their growing team. A detail-oriented individual with a passion for printing operating and maintaining printing equipment to produce high quality prints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain printing equipment to produce high-quality prints
• Set up and adjust printing machines according to job specifications
• Monitor print quality and adjust as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues in a timely manner
• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment
• Ensure proper handling and storage of printing materials
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

• Experience operating printing equipment is essential
• Familiarity with hand tools used in the printing industry
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating print dimensions
• Mechanical knowledge to understand and troubleshoot printing machinery
• Ability to handle materials used in the printing process, such as ink and paper
• Knowledge of logic controllers used in printing equipment is a plus
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or other CAD software for creating print designs
• Experience with tooling and fabrication techniques is beneficial
