Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing our presence in the UK market. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a well-established company as it expands its operations in the UK, with our office based in Central London and our warehouse in Birmingham.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the UK market.
  • Build an extensive client portfolio from all relevant industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Collaborate with the central team to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales in POP/POS industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with overcoming objections and being resilient.
  • Adopting a consultative approach to the sales process.
  • Ability to reach and influence decision makers.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills - both spoken and written in English.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the UK market and business practices.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

 

Compensation:

  • Fixed salary - £40,000 per annum + commission on every sale made
