As a Gluing Operative you will be responsible for:

• Operating and maintaining gluing machines to produce high-quality cartons
• Performing setups and adjustments on the machines according to the specifications of each job
• Conducting regular quality checks to ensure all products meet strict quality standards
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues with the machines, minimizing downtime
• Working closely with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders
• Adhering to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Key attributes required:

• Previous experience running carton gluing equipment is a MUST
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure
• Flexible approach to overtime
