Gluing Operator | Cartons | Nottinghamshire | Up to £40k

As Gluing Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and running a Bobst gluing machine, including feeder, delivery, and carton transfer, ensuring correct materials and settings for each order
• Quality control, monitoring production consistency, and conduct quality checks
• Performing routine maintenance, adjustments, and replacements as per plans
• Completing production and quality documentation accurately
• Conducting thorough handovers, passing on relevant notes and instructions

Key attributes required:

• Demonstrable experience running gluing machinery in any packaging/print organisation
• Strong attention to detail
• Good housekeeping skills to maintain work area
• Team player, keen to help out others when required
• Maintain compliance with BRC and HSE standards, reporting any issues immediately
