Gluing/Packing Operative | Print | Northamptonshire | £32k - £38k 

A leading printing and packaging company with a BRCGS AA+ certification. They specialise in producing high-quality printed cartons and sleeves. With extensive experience and a commitment to quality, they deliver comprehensive printing solutions for packaging.

As Gluing/Packing Operative, you will be responsible for:

• Operating various gluing machines, including Brausse and Boomerang models, to produce high-quality printed cartons and sleeves
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and customer specifications
• Maintaining production schedules and optimising machine performance to meet deadlines
• Keeping the work area clean and organising to promote safety and efficiency
• Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a supportive work environment

Key attributes required:

• Proven experience operating gluing and packing machines, as well as handling various packaging materials
• Strong teamworking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to find innovative solutions
