Our client has been building award winning exhibition stands for nearly 25 years, they have recently invested in a large format HP latex printer along with some additional kit and are now looking to recruit a team to help establish and run this

They are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Graphics Production Manager to join their newly stablished in-house graphics department. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality print materials, ensuring that the exhibition stands are visually stunning and meet all client expectations.

They are also looking for someone to work alongside the Graphics Production Manager checking artwork, liaising with internal and external clients and helping with the production process when necessary.

You must show desire and pride in your work, be a good communicator, work well to tight deadlines both independently and part of the wider team. This is a great opportunity to join an already long-established business as they bring their graphics production in-house.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end print production process for our exhibition stands, from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to develop print specifications and timelines.
  • Source and manage relationships with print vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor production schedules and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process.
  • Maintain quality control standards to ensure all print materials meet high standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest print technologies and techniques to continually improve processes.
  • Prepare budgets and track expenditures related to print production.

Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in print production, with a focus on exhibitions or large-format printing.
  • Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and finishing techniques / equipment
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in design & RIP software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Onyx
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
