•    Developing and executing a forward-thinking innovation strategy that aligns with the company’s vision for growth and excellence.

•    Working collaboratively with key clients to understand their needs and requirements, to ensure we are able to fulfil evolving needs and expectations.

•    Working with production worldwide to cultivate product development enhancements and translate customer needs and add value.

•    Mange projects from concept to launch by closely managing timelines, resources, and teams.

•    Fostering a creative and game changing mindset throughout the organisation to best serve clients and stakeholders. 

Key attributes required:

•    Experience of proven success in product management, delivering on complex tech projects. 

•    Deep expertise in packaging hardware - blending this with software, and consumables seamlessly. 

•    A natural leader who empowers cross-functional teams to tackle tough challenges. 

•    True innovation driver: always spotting creative solutions and fresh approaches. 

•    Strategic visionary able to pinpoint market opportunities and translate them into actionable plans. 

English fluency is a must; proficiency in German, Italian, or French is an advantage.
