About the job

The Role:

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be instrumental in underpinning the next
phase of the business growth. This role requires a strategic, whilst involved leader to oversee
Production Services, optimise workflow efficiency, and ensure exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Production Services function, ensuring seamless coordination of
all jobs from initiation to completion.
Develop and implement best-in-class policies, systems, and processes to enhance
productivity and service delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, profitability, and service
excellence.
Foster a culture of innovation, identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies and
methodologies.
Oversee project management, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and
transparent, proactive reporting.
Lead, mentor, and develop the Production Services team, nurturing talent and driving
high performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across divisions to ensure optimal workflow and
customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for operational
excellence and client service. You will bring:
Proven leadership experience in building and managing production or operational
functions within the print, packaging, or manufacturing industries.
A demonstrable track record of a service led approach to engagement.
Deep technical knowledge of print production processes, combined with strong
commercial acumen.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to drive efficiency and
profitability.
Experience in implementing systems and process improvements, leveraging technology
where appropriate.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and
collaborate cross-functionally.
A hands-on approach, combined with a strategic mindset to support both organic growth
and acquisition integration.
