About the job

Your role will involve the training and management of your outbound sales and marketing team. You will mainly be responsible for guiding and motivating your team to maximise KPIs. 

The ideal person for this role is someone with experience in the above, along with a pro-active and highly driven mindset. You will be the leader of your team, and guide them on how to increase response and conversion rates while leading by example where needed.

We are a label and sticker printing company which operates three of the largest online brands in our sector. From stickers for branding, through to labels for products, we continue to grow rapidly while supplying the UK with bespoke printing that thousands of businesses rely on every week. 

And with our large online presence, we combine manufacturing with the very latest innovations in digital commerce. 

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Prospect and be held accountable for achieving sales targets and business goals
  • Put together business proposals and deliver them with confidence and creativity.
  • Plan and implement organised steps to achieve agreed goals
  • Meet with clients to gain a full understanding of their business and requirements
  • Manage a team of sales and marketing agents, including training, motivation, stat-tracking and additional recruitment and onboarding where needed
  • Create plans and scripts for call-related outbound marketing activities
  • Create plans, copy and collateral for email and letter-based marketing campaigns
  • Give your team feedback on their marketing activities to ensure they’re following best practices and maximising KPIs
  • Manage a system to carry out market research and identify business prospects for outreach
  • Create and maintain sales materials
  • Research and utilise media and trade publication opportunities
  • Generate introductory meetings with key decision makers and interact to convert prospects into customers
  • Liaise with the Sales Manager and outer management team to achieve the overall goals for the company as a whole


  • Research opportunities to expand our product range into new markets
  • Generate new business leads using means such as networking events, exhibitions, open days and trade shows, including project management of these activities
