£Open (Depending on Experience / Turnover) + Commission + Car / Car Allowance + Phone + Laptop + Pension + Other Benefits TBD

Our client is a privately owned POS, large format and signage company. They provide their clients in end user and education markets with a range of products including instore graphics, displays, stands, LED and illuminated signage, window graphics, banners, hoards, vinyl graphics, pop up and pull up systems.
They are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to cover the Midlands and London area. This role comes with excellent progression opportunities including future options of Directorship and or Shares.
Initially the focus will be on Sales however there is a potential for this to develop into a managerial role, growing a team and eventually into a Sales Director role.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Identifying new business opportunities and growing dormant and house accounts
• Arranging client visits
• Acquisition of new customers and business development
• Identify new sales leads
• Pitching and presenting products and services to new clients
• Building strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive excellent customer service
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Attention to detail
